Fun Filled Weekend

Once again Joelle and I headed to Daytona this past weekend...and as usual we had a blast! Thursday night we ate the best resturaunt in Daytona, Takeyas. We got a wild hair and decided to drive out to Sanford to try out a place called "The Barn," I do believe this may become a new favorite. It was huge, lots of line dancing, and clean bathrooms (very important!).

This is what the beach looked like when we woke up Friday morning =( Hannah was paying us a little visit. We decided to be lazy, even went and at lunch in our jammies. After lunch we decided an afternoon at the spa was in order. What better way to spend a rainy day at the beach =)

After enjoying a day of relaxation we met up with Ken for dinner in Port Orange. Best Mexican food I've ever had, well worth the drive.

Saturday was dedicated to laying out and watching the Gators. We got plenty of sunshine and had a great time watching the game at a new sports bar in Daytona. It was a fun atmosphere and each table had their own flatscreen TV so you could watch whatever game you wanted. And I have to make a confession, at some point Saturday night I became more interested in the UFC fight than the game?!? I convinced Joelle to stay after the game so I could finish watching the fights. I loved it!! How crazy is that?
